Description
LYHY offers a broader range of full complement cylindrical roller bearings to meet the need for increased radial load carrying capacity by maximizing the number of rollers in a given envelope. Full complement cylindrical roller bearings have solid inner and outer rings and rib-guided cylindrical rollers. Since these bearings have the largest possible number of rolling elements, they have extremely high radial load carrying capacity, high rigidity and are suitable for particularly compact designs. Due to the kinematic conditions of full complement cylindrical bearings, however, they cannot achieve the high speeds that are possible when using cylindrical roller bearings with cage.
 
Full complement cylindrical roller bearings are available as non-locating, semi-locating and locating bearings and in single and double row designs. Normally, it has the following three kinds of structures:
 
Single row full complement cylindrical roller bearings 
Double row full complement cylindrical roller bearings 
Muti-row full complement cylindrical roller bearings

1. Bearing surface is covered with the anti-rust oil first; then wrapped with the plastic film; 
2. Then packed the roller bearings with draft papered professional belts;
3. At last, packing the bearings with wooden box totally at the outer packing to invoid the rust or the moist;

SL01, SL02 Series Full Complement Cylindrical Roller Bearings
 
Description
The SL01/SL02 series of full-complement cylindrical roller bearings are unsealed. SL01 series of full-complement cylindrical roller bearing's outer ring is overall split and fastened together by connecting lock plates, so the outer ring cannot bear axial load. Both split outer rings are exactly identical, and each of them is equipped with a rib which can be used for axial locating in two directions. The inner ring of SL01 Series Full Complement Cylindrical Roller Bearing is equipped with three ribs. The outer ring is equipped with an oil groove and three lubrication holes. SL01 series full complement cylindrical roller bearing is usually oil-lubricated.
 
The SL02 series of full-complement cylindrical roller bearing is unsealed. The outer ring is equipped with an oil groove and three lubrication holes, but no ribs. The inner ring of SL02 series of full-complement cylindrical roller bearing is equipped with three ribs. The outer ring is equipped with a fixed ring between the two rows of rollers in the center to prevent the rollers from falling out; this maintains the bearing as a whole. For SL02 series of full-complement cylindrical roller bearings, a certain axial displacement between the axle and the bearing seat within the bearing is acceptable. This series of bearings are useful in floating bearing applications.

SL04 Series Full Complement Cylindrical Roller Bearings
 
Description
 
The SL04 series of double-row full-complement cylindrical roller bearing is equipped with two inseparable inner rings connected with a clamping ring. The outer ring is equipped with a central rib and can bear bidirectional axial load, useful in locating bearings. It also can bear overturning moments since the distance between the two rows of rollers is relatively large. There are two snap grooves on the surface of outer ring, also useful for locating bearings.

SL18, SL19 Series Full Complement Cylindrical Roller Bearings
 
Description
 
The SL18 series of full complement cylindrical roller bearings has an outer ring equipped with a single rib at one side and a locking collar attached to the other.  This series can be used as a one-way locating bearing.
 
The SL19 series of full complement cylindrical roller bearings is often used in heavy-load, low-speed applications. It has a self-locking roller group; the roller will not be scattered even with the inner ring removed. SL19 series of full complement cylindrical roller bearing is easy to install and remove, and can bear unidirectional axial load and be used for one-way locating.
