Main Characteristics for thrust ball bearings:
A detachable-bearing, if the contact angle is 90, bearing can be installed separately with only bear axial loads.
Low speed limit. Ball and centrifugal force crowd outer raceway, easily scratch, not suitable for high-speed operation.
Single-way bearing can bear monodirectional axial loads, double-way bearings can bear bidirectional axial loads.
Thrust ball bearings with ball-seat are aligning performance, and can eliminate the installation error.
Bidirectional thrust angular contact ball bearings:
This kind bearings' contact angle is 60 degree, and can bear bidirectional axial load and the joint load of shaft and radial. Higher speed limit. And can direct bidirectional axial spacing, while also can direct a small radial spacing.
Cage Types:
The steel stamping cage and car-entity cage. (Made of brass)
