Application sample one : LYHY Slewing Ring Bearing can be widely used on Stacker-Reclaimers. We have produce the stacker on board of a ship which is swivelled by means of an internal toothed Triple row roller Slewing Ring. Specification is as following :
1. Outside diameter 325.mm
2. Maximum tilting moment 13000KNM/9588290ft-lbs
Application sample two : Bulk materials handing in the harbour is carried out by stackers and reclaimers, which are equipped with externala toothed, Roller/Ball Combination Slewing Rings with receways in diameter range of 4 to 5m.

The double row ball slewing bearing has three seat-rings. The steel balls and the retainers may be directly arranged into the upper and lower racers. Two rows of steel balls with different diameters are fitted according to the force. Such open type fitting is extraordinary convenient, the loading angels at upper and lower races are 90°which can carry both of the axial force and capsizing moment. When the radial force is larger than 1/10 of the axial force, the races should be newly designed.

With the cross roller Ring, cylindrical rollers are arranged crosswise, with each roller perpendicular to the adjacent roller, in a 90° groove, separated from each other by a spacer retainer.
